There are documents that resemble the Residence Requests. I have seen them designated by different keyers as Residence Requests and as Duplicate Images. They are neither. They should be designated "Miscellaneous Documents".

Also, carbon copies are not duplicate images. Most often they will be designated "Miscellaneous Documents".

Not all numbers you see are ID card numbers. Be sure that the number you are calling an ID number fits the actual description of an ID number.

On the back of the Residence Request form is a paragraph written in Polish. This is not a Duplicate Image every time you see it.
