The list of abbreviations on the wiki discussion page says that AG can be used as an abbreviation of Abgang or Ausgang. I came across the word ausgewiesen on one page, which Paul said meant deported. Yes, when it has Tr after it, it means Transport (this is also shown on the Wiki discussion page).

I'm not sure exactly what wym stands for as it would be a Polish word; I found some Polish words meaning deportation which start with wy but don't have an m in them, and I guess it is connected with these:
wysiedlenie n deportation
wysiedleniec wysiedleńca mp deportee, displaced person
wysiedlić -lę -lisz pf, impf wysiedlać deport, resettle
wywózka -zek f deportation
