I have run across a document that Im not sure how to key.
There is no document title. Just the name of the soldier and rank. then a title that says "......enclosures"
with a list following: Bed Cards....,Burial Records....Certs of Dis of Discharge...., and so on.
Then another title "Other Papers Relating to" with a list following: Admission to Hospital...., Casualty Sheet...., Confinement..... etc.
Does anyone have an idea what form type I should use for this?
