I am not sure as to whether call something a Cover Page or to enter the info. The page is a listing of many names. The word Index is not at the top of the page which makes me think it should be entered. It reads Army Directory (which may be similar to an Index). To the left of each name are 2 columns, one that says P.L. No and the other reads Rel. No. The next column reads Name, Organization & Address. In this column it has the name, a 5-digit #, rank and a city. which does not appear to be the birthplace. If I record these names, the only info I can record is the name and the date which is In the header which is in 1940. The first image of this group doesn't even have the date on the top of the page, it just reads Officers which means that if I record the info the only thing I can enter is a name.
