Locations - When Instructions are "Key As Seen"

I am currently reviewing Texas Convict Ledgers. They are not currently available for keying, only review. By far, the most common mistake is not keying the locations as seen (I'd say at least 95% of the ones I have so far reviewed). Please check whatever wiki project you are working on as this does not only apply to this project, but numerous ones where there is a location field. In this project, there are two, "Birth Place" and "Place of Residence" and you are to key it exactly as it is written. The only exception is to separate, if written, city, and/or county and/or state with a comma and space (see purple areas of attached screenshot for what was corrected). The white areas that I have highlighted are keyed incorrectly.
