Ancestors given to 5th Great Grandfather, review set, how to list?

Classification: Query
I have an image where the interviewee listed ancestors all the way back to a great great great great great grandfather (5th G grandfather) in a set for review.
Do these ancestors need to be listed with all the "Greats" listed individually, as in "Great Great Great Great Grandmother," "Great Great Great Great Uncle," and "Great Great Great Great Great Grandfather," etc.?
****or****
Should one use a numerical, as in "5th Great Grandfather," and "3rd Great Grandmother," "3rd Great Aunt," etc.?
I use numericals in my own genealogy, but don't see that particular issue listed in the general keying standards, and have not run across this before while keying, arbitrating, or reviewing. Please advise.
Thanks,
Mary Ann
