"In family album, too." Do they get listed as relatives?

Review set. I have a narrative that is obviously the interviewee showing and telling the interviewer about items and pictures of people in a family album. In fact, the words "are in the family album, too" are used during this narrative. Should the names listed as being in this album be listed, and labeled as "Relative" in the list?

(...and I WILL wait for an answer here before I do anything with it, this time, LOL!)
