Don't worry about the stats Patricia. They can go up and down for no apparant reason it seems to me! Re the year - you can either stick strictly to key as seen rule and therefore leave it blank (because obviously 191 is nonsense) or if it's really clear from other data that it should be 1918, then I'd key that. I guess it depends on how the Reviewer sees it, but I believe if you key something and the Reviewer deletes it and leaves it blank then you don't get penalised, whereas you do get penalised if you leave a blank and the Reviewer puts the date in.
