I am working on images that appear to be from a fee receipt book wherein various entities are purchasing certified copies of grants.
EXAMPLE 1: 1911, Oct 3 Jeff D Faults Cert copies Grants 4935 - 4934
EXAMPLE 2: 1911, Oct 3 W H Hampton Cert copies Grants 4933 + 4936 - 4940 - 4941
There are then columns for the costs and payments received.
The question is, how should these cases of multiple grant numbers be keyed since these are receipt books and not really land registers. Should I just key the first one? Perhaps show them all but separate them with commas?
