Regarding aliases - The person's alias will usually be in the same box with the actual name of the convict. Although your inclination may be to think that the convict's name will be right above his alias, that is seldom if ever true. Most often the alias will be similar to the actual name of the convict and in the same box. If the convict has more than one alias, do not try to include them all. Just include the first alias you find. Also, if the first name of the alias or the last name of the alias is exactly the same as the real first name or last name of the convict, leave the field that is exactly the same blank and just key in the field that is different.
